Director of Asset Management and Leasing
Richard is Director of Asset Management and Leasing at Karrev. He is responsible for asset management and leasing across Karrev’s UK portfolio of predominantly northern office properties, such as the soon-to-be-reopened Manchester landmark, Sunlight House on Quay Street.
Richard has been in the property industry for 20 years and has a broad range of experience, working across businesses such as Picton, McKay Securities Plc and Mountgrange (Clearbell). He has dealt with all aspects of strategic value accretive work on commercial and mixed-use properties including acquiring and disposing of assets, formulating and executing business plans, ESG upgrades, leasing and letting, designing and delivering refurbishments and securing planning consents.
